Board of Zoning Appeals and Adjustments will hold a public hearing in the Governors Room of the Saint Peter Community Center. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a petition submitted by Broken Tooth Properties, LLC for variance from the side yard setback regulations of the C-3 zoning district to allow for the expansion of the dental office within 10.5 feet of the southern property line.
