Ongoing Activities 

The Saint Peter Community Center and Saint Peter Public Library will continue to be closed to the public due to COVID-19. Staff will closely monitor changes or updates but because this is evolving, we will evaluate this on an ongoing basis.

Card Games at the Senior Center

  • 500 - Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m.
  • Bridge - Tuesdays at 1:15 p.m.
  • Men’s Cards - Thursdays at 1:00 p.m.
  • Pfeffer - Fridays at 1:30 p.m.

Surplus Breads and Pastries

The Senior Center receives a supply of surplus breads, rolls and pastries from the Saint Peter Co-op and Family Fresh Market every Wednesday. Surplus items are free for seniors, while supplies last, and subject to availability. Please bring your own containers or bags. Limit of 3 items per person. Wed., 8:30 a.m.–until supplies are gone, SPCC Rm. 219, Free. 

Nickel Coffee at Diamond Dust Bakery 

Perk up your Thursday mornings with nickel coffee! Diamond Dust Bakery is offering nickel coffee every Thursday, every month, from 9–10 a.m. to patrons 55 or older. This is made possible through a partnership of the Saint Peter Senior Center and DDB. 

Library on the Go! 

Are you without a vehicle and miss your trips to the library? Request Library on the Go at your living facility! Look for Library on the Go! with a new supply of large print books, audiobooks, periodicals and DVDs. Benedictine Community, Pheasants Ridge, Ecumen Prairie Hill and Ecumen Sand Prairie on the 1st and 3rd week of the month. Check facilities for current day and time.
