Occasional
roster checks will take place. o
This
means all players will need to carry an I.D. with them. o
Failure to provide an I.D. when asked will
result in game forfeiture and/or suspension of player and team.

email addresses will be required for registration. o
Mailings
will be very limited o

make sure we have a current email address on file. o
Once
all registration materials are received further information will be given to
you regarding rules and policies via email. Registration

Men’s DI (Tuesday), DII A & B
(Wednesday) and Women’s (Thursday) - $300 o
Teams
must have sponsor fee at the time of registration. It is the captain’s
responsibility for all fees. o
Due to unpaid sponsor fees from
previous seasons the Recreation Department will no longer invoice sponsors. o
Teams
may pay by personal check, cash or credit card and seek reimbursement directly
from their sponsor. o
Receipts are available upon request. Team Fee (Players Fee) Payable to the Softball
Association o
Due
no later than Friday, June 1 2012 o
$230
Per Team o
Receive
a discount on Team Fees. See attached
sheet for those who qualify. o
Returning Teams
(3 or more returning players) that placed 1st or 2nd
during the Regular Season and during the End of the Season Tournament will
receive a discount on the Team Fees. If
a team has disbanded, the team and players will forfeit the discount and/or
payout. ALL ROSTERS MUST BE
TYPED AND COMPLETELY FILLED OUT.
Registrations will NOT be accepted if handwritten. NO EXCEPTIONS. o
