RENTAL INFORMATION:

• Total rental fee is $44.00 per unit unless there are more than 6 units per building.
• Rental Registration fee is $24/unit for two years.
• Inspection fee is $20/unit up to a maximum of 6 units per building.
• Rentals are biennial.
• If your last name or dba (doing business as) name is in the A-L range you are renewing for 2012-2013.
• If your last name or dba name is in the M-Z range you renew for 2013-2014 and applications are not due until December 31, 2012.
• Applications and fee are due by December 31, 2011.
• If applications are postmarked after December 31, 2011 there will be a $36 late fee per unit making the total rental fee $80.00 per unit.
• Please set up your inspection by March 31, 2012.
• We do 1 inspection every two years unless it fails to pass code requirements.
• If your first inspection failed you will have to schedule a re-inspection and pay a $20 re-inspection fee.
• The number of days to repair incompliant issues is determined by the inspector.

• Mail completed rental application and fee to the City of Saint Peter.
